Awesome place and people!
This is a pretty nice place to camp. Nice sized lake and grounds. Quiet and clean. Not all the amenities you may be is too but the price is very reasonable. Just a nice classic camping experience here. Not one thing to dislike. No TV and poor WiFi but who really cares!

We have been here several times for family get togethers and no issues with having dogs around or having fun. We went for a weekend camping trip and had our dogs. We had them down on the beach playing in the water where we have had the dogs numerous times before and someone came down and told us we were not allowed to have our dogs there. Instead of coming up to us to talk about it, he yelled at us from across part of the lake. Everyone else has always had their dogs down there but we think it may have been the breed of one of our dogs (German Shepherd). It would have been one thing to come up to talk to us but to be rude and not have the decency to come talk to us face to face was rude. We left after that due to not having anything else to entertain our dogs who enjoy playing in the water. Also, a friend of ours has been chewed out for not driving the 5mph speed limit inside the campground yet it is okay for everyone to drive their golf carts way over the speed limit while intoxicated. Just not a professional evironment so we will not be going back.
My husband and I had never been to Indiana before and didnt have a clue about the area. I found Quarry Lake Campground on the web . We had a great experience from my initial call to make reservations until we checked out 3 months later. The staff was friendly and made us feel so welcomed. There was someone working on the grounds every day. The RV sites give you plenty of room so you are not right on top of your neighbor. Our site overlooked the lake and it was so beautiful. You can purchase propane on site as well as ice . The bath house is small but kept very clean. I would have no reservation in recommending this campground. You are a short distance from the town of Green Castle that has several restaurant's, Wal Mart , Grocery stores etc. The only thing that I find most campgrounds have that this one didn't, was a laundry room . The 2 laundromats close to the campground were outdated and found it inconvenient to travel off site to do laundry, but other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you Quarry Lake for your hospitality ! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be calling you for reservations.
